My Voomie has solidified/hardened?Updated 2 months ago

Oh no! We are so sorry to hear about your Voomie hardening up—totally understand how frustrating that is! Certain environments and locations can have higher humidity, which can affect the product over time. To help keep it fresh, we recommend storing it in a cool, dry cupboard and using it within 8 weeks of opening.

We’re also working closely with our manufacturer to improve the seal of our products, so they last even longer in more humid settings. 

Some of our customers in more humid climates find keeping their Voomie in the fridge helps counteract the humidity.
