We will make every effort to update the address only if your order has not yet been fulfilled or dispatched.

Once fulfilment has begun, we cannot guarantee any changes.

Voomie is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once received back, but additional shipping charges will apply.
