I redeemed my credits for a discount code but have lost the codeUpdated a month ago

If you redeemed your loyalty credits for a discount code and didn't copy it down, don't worry - you can still use it! To find the code, simply follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your loyalty account by clicking here

2. Scroll down until you see your reward history.

3. Look through your history to see when you last generated a discount code. It should look something like this:

Generated discount code vacay-34C2Q1GI for A$10 Points

4. Copy the discount code (starting with 'vacay') and paste it in the discount code field at checkout.
